Terror struck a peaceful southern Oregon hemp expo last weekend, as an agitated, naked hulk wreaked havoc across the festival grounds—smashing cars, scaring event-goers and picking fights with state police.

According to KPTV, authorities had to use sedatives to bring down 27-year-old Timothy Seaux following his free-ballin' rampage through the Jefferson State Hemp Expo in Grants Pass around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday morning.

The Jefferson State Hemp Expo is described as a three-day music and hemp education festival featuring camping, artists and guest speakers. On their website, the event's stated objective is, "To host a world class music event that provides outlets for cannabis advocates to educate the public on the many potential benefits and uses of the cannabis plant."

"This includes religious, medicinal, industrial, agricultural, economic, environmental, and other practical applications."

According to their flyer, there was also a glass-blowing demo by "Shaggy" and a headlining performance by the David Grisman Bluegrass Experience, among other educational experiences.

Anyway, witnesses said Seaux—who checks in at a middle linebacker-esque 6'3" and 250 pounds, and who it seems could have benefitted from a practical application or two of the beneficial cannabis plant before this past weekend's misadventures—smashed up several cars in the festival parking lot, reportedly leaving two terrified women sitting in one of the wrecked vehicles a bit shaken by the experience, and then allegedly proceeded to kick an Oregon State Police trooper before finally being wrestled into the back of a patrol car by several other law enforcement officers.

Medical crews at the scene then had to sedate the still-violent Seaux, who was transported to a local hospital for observation.

Seaux—who was actually quite fortunate, because for some mysterious reason far more cooperative individuals have been shot and killed by police for much less—was formally arrested after being discharged from the hospital the next morning and charged with menacing, criminal mischief, assaulting a public safety officer and resisting arrest.

There is no official word on whether or not Seaux was intoxicated during his destructive march through the parking lot.
